Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed an open can of stuffed vine leaves in walk in cooler. The can is rusting on the edges and may be a source of contamination.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to store open food products in reusuable, food grade food containers. Open cans will rust and contaminate the food.

Observation: Food spills and old food debris build up observed in deli cooler and freezer. Cleaning for these areas required.
Corrective Action(s): Clean old food spills daily to ensure the fridge and food do not become contaminated or grow mould. Correction required in 2 days.

No signs of pests at the time of inspection.
Hot and cold water available.
Dedicated hand sinks with liquid soap and paper towels available.
Staff demonstrate good personal hygiene and sanitary hand washing.
Washroom is sanitary with fully stocked hand sink. Washroom currently is staff use only. Lock for door is broken.
Food is from an approved source.
Temperature holding is adequate and in use with accurate thermometers and logs.
Take out containers and utensils are sanitary.
3-compartment sink in use.
Chemical test strip available for chlorine sanitizer solution.
Dishwasher final rinse at 100 ppm chlorine at the plate and available in kitchen in sani bucket - good.
Valid Permit posted in conspicuous location (new tape needed to hold in place).
