Observation: Some general cleaning is required.
Corrective Action(s): The exhaust hood is due for servicing. As noted, clean under the cooking equipment, under the cash register counter, area beside the dishwasher counter where the "chili" trays are stored.

Observation: Coconut rice is being served in mini weaved baskets that cannot be washed. The rice is frozen in plastic bags, reheated in microwave and then placed inside these baskets for service. During the inspection, at least 2 baskets had dried, stuck on rice on the inside.
Corrective Action(s): As discussed, food cannot be served in dishes that not washable. Remove all weaved baskets from the premise. Do not use them for food service.

Observation: One of the plastic trays that is being used to dry chilis has cracks and/or pieces missing in the corners.
