Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food debris observed on the blade of the meat slicer and on the knifves stored on the magnetic knife strip.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the aforementioned items. Meat slicer and knives must be cleaned and sanitized after use.

- Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200 ppm quaternary ammonium available from buckets and dispenser.
- High temperature dishwasher registered 72C at plate level during the final rinse cycle.
- Ice machine maintained in a sanitary condition.
- Exhaust canopy maintained in a sanitary condition.
- Food products stored off the ground and organized.
- Temperature logs maintained and available for review.
- No pest activities observed. Professional pest control company contracted for monthly inspection. Report was reviewed at the time of inspection.
