Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1 metal tray of precooked spagetti noodles was left on the prep table in ambient temperature. Probed internal temperature of spagetti was 23.6C at time of inspection. Spagetti was cooked just before 8:00am and was to be kept in ambient temperature until lunch time. Time of inspection was 9:00am.
Corrective Action(s): Spagetti was relocated to stand up cooler immediately.
> Precooked spagetti noodles are a potentially hazardous food that must remain either under refrigeration or hot held.
