Observation: -No surface sanitizer on site.
-Wiping rags noted in dirty water
Correction: -Surface sanitizer must be on site at all time.
-All wiping rags to be washed and store in sanitizer bucket between uses.
-Discard all old stained wiping rags

Observation: Handwashing sink was blocked at time of visit.
Correction: Access to hand washing sink must be available at all time.
Comments

- Not ready for re-opening yet. Facility to stay closed.

-seal all holes and point of entry as noted by pest control
-Install a door swipe (back door-weather striping)
-Remove all extra stuff and anything that are not required for daily operation.

Remove all pots, pans, strainers ,.... no need for these since only bread, kebab and rice in rice cooker will be allowed after opening. Remove all dishware, dish rack is not large enough for drying.

-Store all food items that are in soft packaging ( plastic and thin paper bags) in sealed bins.
-Store all take out containers in sealed bins
-Any opened bags of flours to be kept in sealed bin.
-Better cleaning is required for the whole faciliy (including shelving units, walls in the back behind dough making area

** A separate hand washing sink to be installed in the back and have a proper door for staff washroom- operator requested time - one month from now is accepted. To be done by max the end of June 2023.
** Noted black poison boxes put by pest control in the staff washroom ( Advance Pest Control- 203-15299 68 Avenue Surrey 604-786-4161)- owner called and spoke with the company, they sent Bill Rough ( pest management specialist) at time of the visit, discussed : no poison boxes anywhere in food facility also to send a detailed report re; assessment done for the facility ( all identified structural deficiencies contributing to the pest activities.
** Light traps put above the mixer- must be away from any food and food prep
