-Recommend pest proof containers for all foods kept in storage and installing weather stripping/ door sweeps on the downstairs storage room door.

All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Temperature records available.
Dishwasher final rinse cycle reached 73 C at the plate level.
The bar glasswashers (2) had 12.5 ppm Iodine.
Discussed proper cooling.
No evidence of pests, pest control report to be emailed to Fraser Health.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
