*Noticed freezer meats are still being stored with grocery store bags. Please ensure in the future that these meats are to be stored using food-grade plastic bags. Handsinks supplied with liquid soap and paper towels. Walk-in fridge measured at 4 degrees C or less. Walk-in freezer measured at -18 degrees C or less. Prep-coolers measured at 4 degrees C or less. Drink cooler measured at 4 degrees C or less. Soup hot-held greater than 80 degrees C. Dishwasher final rinse chlorine measured at 100 ppm. Bleach sanitizer available measured at 200 ppm from sanitizer bucket. Advised operator to use half the concentration as necessary. No signs of pests at time of inspection.
