Follow up inspection to report #257127 General Comments: -In back of restaurant near Ice Machine, pest droppings have been cleaned. Operator notes no new droppings observed nothing noted at time of inspection. Operator will continue to monitor. -Standing water still observed behind Ice Machine. Operators has scheduled cleaners to come in. -At time of follow-up an Internal temperature of hamburger patty was taken at 171F. Grilled checked patty internal temperature also taken at 168F. Operator took own internal temperature checks - good. -Operator to post instructions near grill for all staff. Will send Fraser Health pictures when completed. Copy of report left with operator.
