Bed and treatment equipment has been removed from staff room. good. No used single-use items found on site. Good. Operator apparently had difficulty finding high-level disinfectant. Purchased a disinfectant that is not labelled for high-level disinfection. West Coast Beauty Supply has several locations locally OR several websites sell high-level disinfectants.
