- window cleaner in bottle labelled "Sanitizer" (black marker used to label as sanitizer, but not legible)
- QUATS sanitizer in peroxide spray bottle
Corrective Action(s): Store chemicals appropriately in properly labelled containers.
- Recommended to order extra bottles in case:
a. situations where more bottles become necessary (e.g. large-scale cleaning)
b. existing spray bottle is damaged/breaks

Follow-up inspection conducted.

- Food product observed in malfunctioning hot holding unit; bottom left tray measured to be at 50°C.
- Chemicals observed to be stored in improperly labelled bottles.

Assistant Manager called:
- staff has been informed to not use bottom left tray of warmer unit.
- bottles and test strips have been ordered and are expected to arrive on Thursday, March 11; mislabelled bottles will be discarded in the meantime.
- staff will be instructed to properly label sanitizer buckets (e.g. time of when bucket was filled) to ensure sanitizer concentration
