ITEMS CORRECTED - Facility has been cleaned and Sanitized throughout - Equipment has been adequately cleaned and sanitized ITEMS TO BE CORRECTED: - Some rodent droppings found in the following areas: under ice machine, under dishwasher under server station - clean and sanitize area with 200ppm Chlorine or equivalent - Broken warming unit handle. Repair warming unit handle. - Cooler unit at temperatures from 6 to 9 degrees Celsius. Technician returning to continue service on unit. Unit is achieving temperatures of 4 in the morning but climbing higher than other units throughout the day. - Thermometers in all cooler units - Pest Control company has been notified regarding extensive rodent infestation. Working with operator to eliminate infestation. Ongoing. Ensure adequate cleaning of lower level shelves and floors on a daily basis. - Large gap exists at bottom of both walk in cooler doors. Have door skirts installed at both doors to walk in coolers to prevent rodents from gaining access to this area.
