Follow-up to routine inspection conducted on Apr 27, 2022

- Line cooler was adjusted and will be replaced. Temperatures were approximately 5-6°C at the insert level. Small amounts of perishable food items were present. Keep only enough perishable food to use within a 2 hour period.
- 200 ppm Quat sanitizer is available
- "Sink & Surface Cleaner Sanitizer" concentrations were maintained (272-700 ppm DDBSA, 704-1875 ppm lactic acid)
- Discussed bulk food scoops - Using purpose-built scoops with handles will minimize the potential of food contamination
- Contact health inspector when new cooler is obtained and when you have an update regarding the bulk food scoops
