Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach sanitizer measured with a concentration of over 200 ppm. 100-200 ppm is required to properly sanitize food contact surfaces.
Corrective Action(s): Manager diluted the bleach sanitizer to 100 ppm. Mix one teaspoon of bleach with one liter of water only.
