Routine inspection: - Coolers maintained at 4C or less. - Stand-up freezer was not in use and empty. - Hot hold units were not in use. Ensure units are maintained above 60C. - Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels. - 200 ppm quats available in pails and from the dispenser. - High temperature dishwasher registered 80C at the plate level. - Glass washer dispensed 12.5 ppm iodine. - Ice machine maintained in sanitary condition. - Food stored off the ground and covered. - General sanitation satisfactory. - No pest activities observed at the time of the inspection.
