The following items have been observed:
-->Facility is ensuring morning staff to turn on coolers in the morning and temperatures are maintained at 4oC.
-->It is also mentioned a new compressor has been ordered for the facility.
-->8-compartment cooler is measured at 2.4oC.
-->Condiment cooler (left) is measured at 3.2oC.
-->Condiment cooler (right) is measured at 1.6oC.
-->9-compartment salad/dessert cooler is measured at 3.4oC.
-->Time of visit was the same as routine inspection, at 2:45pm.
-->No foods are stored in coolers at main cooking line yet.
-->No perishble items (such as peppers) observed storing at room temperature.
-->Areas that required cleaning are now in a more sanitary condition.

*Continue to clean often in the areas noted in last routine inspection as it is observed these areas are heavily used daily. This will also help with fruit flies in the mentioned areas.
