Observation: Some mice droppings observed beside the cooler that doesn't work and the hallway storage area.
Corrective Action(s): Clean the droppings using bleach and water solution. Place traps and monitor for mice activity. If the problem persists, contract out a pest control company.

Corrective Action(s): Clean under and around stoves and cooking equipment, Clean the floor under the hallway shelves, clean under the dishpit area, clean the baffles on the exhaust hood. Sweep and mop the kitchen floor.

Observation: The wooden shelf coded in the last inspection report is still in use. As per operator, they'll need to custom design it.
Corrective Action(s): As discussed, replace the shelf by July 31, 2018 or a correction order and/or a violation ticket will be issued.
