Follow-up inspection to report #JMAA-B7G4KH. The following observations were made: - Area around deep fryer area has been degreased - Rodent droppings have been removed throughout the facility - Majority of grease has been remoevd, however, additional work is required in the area near the back exit of the facility - All unnecessary equipment and pizza trays are to be removed from the facility Significant work will need to be conducted in the ceiling tiles of the establishment. A plan will be immediately required by FRIDAY, DECEMBER 21st detailing how the renovation will be conducted, including replacement of all tiles and rough services in the entire. FoodSafe 1 certificate of Ms. Maninder Hundal MUST be in by Wednesday, Dec 19th. Failure to do so may result in the closure of the premise or revocation of the permit.
