General:
- handwashing sink stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water
- sanitizer measured 100ppm chlorine in chlorine in spray bottle
- dishwasher reached 75C at final rinse cycle
- ice machine, soda nozzles and meat slicer appear sanitary
- dough sheeter in process of cleaning at time of inspection

- cooler was slow to reach 4C; ensure this cooler is serviced
- cooler has slight sour smell - ensure that this is cleared of any food debris
- larger prep cooler: 4C**
