Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Raw chicken found thawing directly on a bucket of soy sauce.
Ice machine has a build up of debris inside of it.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that all raw meats are stored below ready to eat meats and also that foods are not stored directly on the floor in walk in cooler.
Do not use ice machine ice until it has been emptied, cleaned and sanitized. Recommend a professional.

Observation: Food debris build up noted under all shelving, on shelving, under and behind equipment, on walls, along floor to wall coving and in fridges.
Corrective Action(s): A thorough cleaning of premises is required and is to be maintained. Correct by Sept 4.

Observation: Lighting in front sushi area is not adequate.
Front handsink faucet is broken and requires a pen lid to turn it on and off.
Shelves are sitting directly on the floor.
Corrective Action(s): Provide better lighting in the front area during food service to allow for better visibility for proper cleaning and organizing .
Repair or replace front handsink faucet that is broken.
Ensure that all shelving has legs to keep it at least 6 inches off the floor to allow access for cleaning..

Liquid soap and paper towel were found at handsinks.
Rice in warmers was 60 degrees C or hotter.

Ensure that bleach water bottles are labelled and used throughout the day as needed.
