dishwasher rinse cycle/sanitizer available is slightly below the minimum 50ppm. this needs to be adjusted to 50ppm or higher. follow up inspection to be conducted tomorrow to ensure adjustment has been made. In the mean time please sanitize dishes manually in three compartment sink. Add 1 ounce of bleach to 4 litres of water and allow dishes to soak in sanitizer solution for 2 min before removing and air drying.
