Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Front Sanitizer solution at concentrations less than 200ppm QUAT observed during inspection. CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION: staff was advised to change out sanitizer solution and did so. Sanitizer solution changed to 200ppm QUAT.
