The following items have been observed: -->3-door prep cooler: 2.1oC. -->Undercounter 2-door cooler (across from breakfast station): 7.3oC air temperature, no perishable items are noted in cooler. Temperature log indicated temperature of less than 4oC this morning. Do not use until temperature is maintained at 4oC at all times. -->Manager has educated staff to only take one container of fries out at a time - ensure food is time tracked and discard after 2 hours *No signature is required at this time.
