Premise is clean and well organized.
No sign of pests.
Hand sinks are all stocked ad working.
Fridge is 4 Celsius.
Discussed dishwashing. Blender jugs are rinsed frequently.
Blender jugs must be sanitized at least every 4hours. Use two compartment sink method.
1) Wash in soapy water.
2) Rinse under tap with clean water.
3) Soak in bleach water about 1 tbsp bleach per gallon of water.
