- Hot Holding achieving temperatures of greater than or equal to 60 degrees Celsius
- Dishwasher achieving final sanitizing rinse of greater than or equal to 71 (75) Degrees Celsius at the dish
- Sanitizer solution from dispensing unit at concentrations of greater than or equal to 200ppm QUAT
- Two functional sink plugs available for use observed

NOTE: Two compartment portable sink and one portable hand sink outside. Fully functional with hot and cold running water, paper towels and liquid soap at dispensing unit

NOTE: Tent set up for tomorrow's festival (TJ Fest) and walk-in cooler unit at back of tent with thermometer inside (cooler temperature less than 4 degrees Celsius). Temporary Permit was issued for festival previously.

NOTE: Facility had one spray bottle of Chlorine sanitizer solution at concentrations of less than 200ppm Chlorine. EHO did discuss proper dilution measurements with volunteers. See visual aide in kitchen (1/2 tsp bleach for 1 litre water and 1TBSP bleach for 1 gallon water). Obtain additional test strips for chlorine. Ensure proper dilutions for tomorrow's festival.
