The following items have been corrected:
-->Dishwasher is fixed; however, it took 8 runs to get temperature to reach 71oC on plate. Ensure staff runs dishwasher many times and monitor thermometer (at least to 72oC) before washing dishes.
-->Areas that required cleaning are now in sanitary condition
-->Replacement form received. Cheque #007339 of $30 received for health permit replacement fee.

Still outstanding:
-->Missing tiles in dishwashing area still require to be replaced. Correct by next follow-up inspection.
-->Remove more cardboard boxes by dishwashing area to prevent harbourage of pests (droppings noted where cardboard boxes are placed right now)
-->Screen door in kitchen still requires to be fixed
