Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Ice scoops are stored directly on top of the ice machine surface. Ice scoops must be stored in their own containers that will be cleaned and sanitized daily. Operator cleaned and sanitized the ice scoops during the inspection.

Glasswasher in bar area had 12.5 ppm iodine at the glass surface upon final rinse cycle; test strips available; logs completed by staff
Quats sanitizer in spray bottles at 200 ppm
All coolers operating at </= 4C
All freezers operating at </= -18C
Hot-holding at >/= 60C
Temperature logs maintained for the coolers/freezers
All handsinks equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
UV fly light in-operation; sticky tape OK *NOTE: some fruit flies observed in the kitchen - staff say that this was due to an accumulation of wine bottles after New Years celebrations, which have since been cleared out; pest control contract in-place for drain cleaning and UV fly light
Ventilation hood free of grease and dust
