Code 211 noted on Routine inspection # LTHN-ABBQM9 of Jun-27-2016 Semi critical items not adequately cleaned and disinfected (. 1) Magnetic water circulation fans for foot baths have debris and grit inside and one has mould on the inside front cover around the threads used to secure the two pieces of the fan together. 2) Bleach bath for nippers, clippers etc is not deep enough to allow full immersion of equipment. )
