Follow up inspection conducted. Corrective actions completed:
- In use wiping cloths kept in sanitizer solution. Sanitizer solutions maintained at 100-200ppm chlorine.
- Liquid soap dispenser at kitchen handsink was replaced and is functional.
- New paper towel dispensers were installed in staff washroom and at kitchen handsink
- Liquid soap and paper towel were present at all handsinks.
- Cups of milk are no longer being stored in ice machine
- Ice scoop was stored in a sanitary manner
- Top of dishwasher, floor under handsink and shelf where dishes are stored have been cleaned
- Rodenticide removed from kitchen - completed at time of inspection

To be addressed:
- Minor amount of mouse droppings remain on floor in dry storage room between shelving and dry goods bins - Clean up droppings and sanitize area
- To repair walls adjacent to prep table where slicer is located, a material was applied with a more durable finish; however, staples have been used. Staples have also been used in the dishwashing area. Remove staples as they can present a physical contamination hazard. Ensure any materials used to repair/maintain surfaces are impervious, durable and properly installed so that there are no cracks or crevices present where debris can collect.
