*Hand wash station provided with liquid soap and paper towels. *Temperature checks: - Prep line coolers were at 2-4 deg C - Hot holding for chilli, meatballs and soup was above 60 deg C. *Beverage/dessert display cooler at 4 deg C. *Sanitizer (quats) in spray bottle was at 200 ppm. *Wiping cloths kept in sanitizer (200 ppm quats). *Temperature log available and up to date. *Walk-in freezer was at -20 deg C. *Walk-in cooler was at 1-2 deg C. *Food and food-related items stored off the floor. *Pest control monitoring in place. *Washrooms was tidy and provided with sanitary supplies. *General sanitation was satisfactory at time of inspection.
