Hand-sinks supplied with liquid soap & paper towels in dispensers; hot/cold running water.
Walk-in and front under-counter coolers on a border line/bit high (the inspection conducted at the lunch time) - ensure that you maintain temperature log; if coolers cannot keep =<4.0C adjust or repair.
All other coolers < = 4 C.
Note: Burger toppings in prep inserts (sliced tomatoes, mayo sauces, etc) are time tracked.
Freezers (walk-in; under-counter) - satisfactory (food is frozen).
Food in cold units is properly covered and labeled.
