Premises continues to be very well managed and maintained. Make sure to have staff re-mop men's (public) washroom after lunch rush as urinal is plugged and draining onto floor when used. Monitor until fixed. No other notable issues. Cooling , freezers and hot holding units all within required parameters. Handwash stations all properly stocked.
