Observed cooling process - operator continually mixes hot items to cool down faster and places into cooler within 2 hours
Monthly pest control inspections - no signs of activity

Ensure sanitizer is always prepared in the back as well and wiping cloths are stored in sanitizer. corrected during inspection.
