Follow up to report MBEK-CXBU3G. The majority of food items were found to be covered at the time of inspection (improvement), with one exception. Food item was covered during inspection. Food was stored off the ground. Dry storage area has been reorganized. Hand washing sinks were accessible and adequately supplied (hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels). Proper hand washing practices in use. Staff were not observed drying hands on clothing/aprons. Overall improvement in sanitation. Some areas require more attention, including floor under storage racks near back door and storage bin near dishwashing area. Areas were pointed out to person in charge at time of inspection. Increased frequency of cleaning and sanitizing may be required to maintain premises and equipment in sanitary condition.
