- Hand sink supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels - Quat sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm from dispenser, in sanitizing compartment of 3-compartment sink, and in bucket for storing wiping cloths - Walk-in cooler was measure to be at 3C, prep cooler storing meats was at 1C, prep cooler storing vegetables was at 4C, beverage cooler at 4C - Walk-in freezer temperature satisfactory - All refrigeration units equipped with thermometers - All hot held items were at or above 60C - Food storage practices good - General sanitation satisfactory - No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection Note: Ensure new application for health approval and supporting documents are submitted prior to ownership change.
