Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
- No chlorine detected from the low temperature dishwasher. Sanitizer tube was disconnected.
Corrective Action(s):
- Operator re-connected the tube to the priming unit at the time of inspection. No chlorine was detected still. Sanitizer bucket was changed to a new one and after priming the sanitizer tube, the final rinse water measured 50ppm chlorine. It appears that the sanitizer tube is prone to being detached from the priming unit. Replace the tube & other parts so that this issue does not occur repeatedly.

Observation:
- Dishwasher sanitizer tube does not have secure fitting.
- Two compartment sink faucet fixture is loose when used.
Corrective Action(s):
- Repair the issues noted above. Sanitizer tube should be tightly fitted and do not easily get detached. Sink faucet should be securely fixed onto the sink surface.

- Bean sprouts submerged under ice water.
- Ice machine in sanitary condition.
- No signs of pest observed at the time of inspection.

*Ensure to thaw frozen items in COLD water.
*Ensure to sanitize the meat slicer after cleaning them.
