Follow-up inspection to report PKUR-CDNSMD.

-Back hand sink accessible. Please ensure food handlers wash hands again in kitchen after using washroom.
-Newspaper no longer used to wrap food - thank you.
***Ensure meats in cooler are stored in dripless trays and away from ready-to-foods (foods that will not be cooked).
-pH of sushi rice registered between 3.5-4.0 - good.
-Only fresh rice placed in rice cooker and rice cooker is no longer used to re-heat leftover rice.
-Food no longer stored in the washroom.
-Efforts have made to clean premises but more work is required - continue working on hard to reach areas (behind and underneath equipment).
