LABEL THE SANITIZER BOTTLES. Operator is purchasing foods from approved sources to sell at the store. Operator has FS level 1 certification (Expiry Oct. 8, 2027). Discussed 3-compartment method of dishwashing. No concerns noted. Discussed expansion of menu to add vegan soups prepared in-house and bubble tea. As discussed, you require commercial refrigeration for the foods and dedicated prep counter space. You need to add more dry storage space as well and move coolers, and equipment around so that the prep counter space is always kept free. Submit a revised floor plan with expansion details and a new menu for approval purposes.
