Observation:
- Observed two large pots for making stocks on stove. The size does not fit the sink nor the dishwasher.

- Remove them from the premises. Do not use large pots that do not fit in the sink to allow proper dishwashing procedure.

Kitchen handsink and washroom handsinks are fully equipped.
Bleach sanitizer in spray bottles measured at 200ppm.
Low temperature dishwasher measured at 25ppm chlorine at 52C.
All coolers at 4C or below.
All freezers at -18C or below.
Hot held rice at 60C or above.
Ice machine in sanitary condition.
No signs of pest observed at the time of inspection. Operator stated no pest monitoring has been done since the store opening. Have an initial set up done by a professional pest control company within a month.

*Clean the vent panels above deep fryer unit.
*Ensure all items are 6 inches off the floor in the dry storage room.
