Observation: Again observed handwash deficiencies at this facility:
-Handwash sink next to Walk-in cooler -the hot water faucet is not turning on (threads appear to be worn down and not gripping) -without hot water workers cannot adequately remove oils and greases when handwashing
-Handwash sink next to preparation cooler has no paper towels in dispenser
-Public handwash sink does not have paper towels in dispenser

NOTE:
-a Correction Order for handwash deficiencies was issued on the June 14, 2019 routine inspection
-A violation was issued in the May 15, 2018 routine inspection
