Decommissioned drawer cooler much cleaner and no evidence of mould, but musty smell persists. Recommend periodic cleaning and disinfection. Propping the drawer ajar may reduce musty odour by reducing humidity inside the unit. Walk-in cooler still not sufficiently cleaned in hard-to-reach areas. This unit needs a complete cleaning after which daily maintenance may keep unit in sanitary condition. All other areas sufficiently cleaned. Thank you.
