Pest control report received by operator. Left card for Pest Control to contact EHO regarding report. Please provide to the Pest Control staff when they follow up. Pest control had come in and left traps and bait July 9th, 2019.

A small number of cockroaches were observed in traps, no live cockroaches observed during inspection.

Ensure all food contact surfaces (and potential food contact surfaces) are sanitized daily in the morning before opening to the public.

Any food in dry storage, on shelves etc. must be in fully sealed containers. Discard any food that may be potentially contaminated, where entry by cockroaches may be possible. Food observed during inspection was stored in sealed bags.

Work in conjunction with Pest Control to identify the potential source of cockroaches. This may be from items brought into the premises (produce etc) or even units outside of the premises, if the latter is the case the landlord and lease agreement may be reviewed by staff to determine how to address source.
