Season ending clean up underway in kitchen. Discussed basement storage with operator and is next slated for season-ending clean up. Recommend the double door to outside be equipped with bottom skirt to make a more flush fit to ground and to discourage larger rodents from entry. Cooling units les than 4 C. Dishwasher and glasswasher performing to spec. handwash facilities ok.
