General sanitation is satisfactory.
Kitchen upgrades noted. Walls have been painted and stainless steel installed behind the new dishwasher in the kitchen.
More thorough cleaning is needed under the cooking equipment in the kitchen and under the wooden shelves in the ice machine room.
Sanitizer is detected in both ware washers.
Temperature of refrigeration is satisfactory.
Handwashing stations are satisfactory.
No obvious signs of pest noted.
