- No foods were being cooling at time of inspection. Reviewed proper cooling procedures with operator.
- All food equipment was stored in a sanitary manner. The mop sink is never to be used to store food equipment or food.
- All foods appeared protected at time of inspection. Foods being prepared were on the counters.
- 100ppm chlorine sanitizer was available in the back food preparation area (ie. kitchen). Ensure staff keep wiping cloths stored in sanitizer to prevent the growth of bacteria on the cloths.
