More thorough cleaning in hard to reach areas, under pellets, floor in the walk close to the wall, behind the mixer, the dough rolling machine. Remove from the premises the wooden paper towel stand behind the mixer. Temperature of refrigeration units are satisfactory. Thermometers are available. Handwashing stations are satisfactory.
