Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): **REPEAT** QUATs sanitizer pail by pick up counter measured < 100ppm at time of inspection. Staff stated sanitizer is changed approximately every 4 hours.
**Corrected during inspection** Staff refilled pail with sanitizer from dispenser.

QUATs sanitizer concentration must be at 200-400ppm in order to be an effective food contact surface sanitizer. Pail must be changed more frequently. If current replacement frequency is 4 hours, it is recommended to change pail every 2 hours.
