Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed number of food boxes stored directly on the floor. Foods removed from floor at this time. Ensure all foods are stored >15cm off the floor.

304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)]
Observation: Observed higher volume of fly activities since the last inspection (May).
Corrective Action(s): As per the pest control service's recommendation, a cleaning schedule to be developed where minimum of three deep cleaning (pulling stations out and cleaning them) are done per week. Focus needed at eliminating biofilms, removing standing water and organic debris. Correct this by: immediately and going forward.

Observation: 1. The back door was opened at the time of visit. The back door does not close/seal properly. Gap observed where pest can enter.
2. General sanitation is poor. Grease/water/food build up behind the main cook line is still an issue.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Install door sweep as per your pest control service's recommendation. Gap where light can leak through must be blocked/sealed. Correct this by: 2 weeks
2. Improve general sanitation. Refer to violation code 304 for additional details.

Follow up to the report #JGUU-CRGRDX conducted:
High temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle was measured at 71.1C at the plate level.
Bowls were replaced with scoops with handles.
June pest service is scheduled after Father's day.
Develop a cleaning schedule to address your pest control service's concern (three times/week, deep cleaning with stations pulled out). The plan to be reviewed during a subsequent visit.
Staff with valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate was on site.
Food contact surface sanitizers were being prepared at the time of visit. Ensure sanitizers are prepared before starting an operation each morning.

Follow up inspection to be conducted after Father's day. You must have a June pest control report for the subsequent visit.
