- General sanitation is good. Interiors of coolers and freezers were clean at time of inspection - All hand washing stations were supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels - Quat sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm in spray bottles, buckets, and from dispensers. Test strips available for monitoring - 3-compartment sinks available for manual warewashing - All coolers were at or below 4C - Freezer temperatures satisfactory - Food storage practices good - all food stored off the floor and in pest proof containers - Good employee hygiene practices noted - No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection
