-An updated commissary schedule is needed.

Note: Coolers and freezers belonging to individual operators were not checked during this inspection.
Both walk-in coolers were < 4 C.
Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
The dishwasher had 100 ppm chlorine. Ensure that this is checked every day.
The Quats sanitizer dispenser was tested at 200 ppm.
No evidence of pests, traps are in place.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
