- Coolers <4C
- Freezers -18C
- Hot-held soups >60C
- Temperature logs are in use and up to date
- Dish washer produces 50ppm chlorine sanitizer at the surface of the plates
- Sanitizer spray bottles mostly contained 200ppm Quats sanitizer. 1 bottle measured <200ppm and was refilled at the time of inspection. Recommend changing sanitizer bottles daily to ensure sanitizer does not lose activity over time.
- Dry food storage is on shelving and is covered to protect from contamination
- Foods in coolers are covered
- Premise was clean and well maintained at the time of inspection
